Jim, what I find even worse is that the LEXR suit was filed in 2002 and it only took 3 years to get a jury verdict. Our arbitration with Nokia is supposed to be a fast track and it will have taken almost 2 full years before we get an award. This is fast track?


DD, On CNBC they said Lexar will also be awarded punitive damages. The suit started in 2002. Much faster results then IDCC who spent 7 years in Europe and 10 in the USA in their law suits.
