So, it they used SEC Attorneys and New Accountants, then why does the attorny letter state Val compliled the financials? Something is definately not adding up. If they went through "significant lengths" and paid money for accountants and attorneys, then why oh why would you not divulge the audited financials which could only help the company and investor confidence? Amazing people have just "accepted" this..especially those who cheerlead day and night and sing nothing but songs of praise.

I do not believe your conclusion "one man show" is supported by the facts. The website shows officers not BODs. And, it appears Ed Steinback – Finance Manager, who "has over 25 years experience in accounting, business management and advisory services, leading a wide-array of successful audits, due diligence programs and restructuring of accounting departments for both privately-held and publicly traded companies in a myriad of industries" probably was insrtumental in the preparation of the financials. Val maybe assisted in the prep of the financials, but probably reviewed and signed the final product as the CEO since there does not seem to be a CFO yet.

Z, go to media g3 website and click on resume submission tab. I think val would love to bring someone aboard who evidently knows EVERYTHING! There are people who love to b%tch and those who are solution oriented. You have provided enough clues for all of us to figure out which is you persuasion.

Hard to believe someone as smart as you would have invested in a pink sheet company???
