I guess them saying they brought the financials up to Pink Sheets compliancy means they did what they said they would do.

The standards appear to be so low for compliancy though why would you need an accountant and SEC attorney. Doesn't make much sense.

So either they are playing us or or well I just don't know.

I wish the company would just come clean and educate us shareholders.

How many shares do I need to own to be invited to these yearly shareholder meetings? I took a guess it was 5% which on 1.5B shares would be at least 7.5M shares for an invite. I want my invitation and I want to know when the next (and last for that matter) share holder meeting was/will be held.
