Why would Ed Steinback have been needed at all if as the PR I posted is true? Perhaps you are new to MDGC and have not done your DD, I cant say, but read the posts and then you will see why your comment just doesn't make any sense and is really an usupported defense of the company. Why are you defending the company is a question you should be asking yourself. No offense.
