Here's my armchair quarterback spin on whats going on.

Dave and the board have more of an obligation to announce no settlement over we've negotiated a deal and final details are being discussed and rolled out. T Mob has infringed but as they have the big bucks I'm sure they want to control the flow of what and how information is going to be released to us.

On that note, everyone have an awesome X Mas weekend.
