Unless I see something tonight in a filing by Calypso with the Fed Court saying there has been no deal, I think it highly probable there is some sort of negotiation or deal in the offing. If Tmob would have not agreed to make a deal Calypso would be filing something in Fed Court telling the judge they were not able to come to an agreement at this point and I believe Tmob would have made that clear much earlier on. I don't think Calypso would be extending a court filing much past the end of the stay if no deal was possible because of the court requirement to notify the court. So I'm saying BigGuy's info is accurate. I don't believe Dave and the BOD would walk away from a deal and Tmob and Calypso have a deadline with the Fed Court. They have a duty to notify the court pretty quickly, so they should be making some type of filing within the next week. Since next friday 31 Dec is a holiday, we should see something before then.
