I agree. There is no reason for Tmob to want to send out this information because it might affect their share price. So the less info the better for them. I would think they would require a clause stating the settlement amount was not disclosed. I would expect a low key barely noticeable PR concerning a settlement. In fact, the only thing we might see is a filing in fed court saying the case has been dismissed upon agreement by the parties.

Then we will see a settlement agreement with the Daic parties and the state case will be closed.
