I'm not sure a Florida-based judge can halt a Mexican transaction involving an independent Mexican company.

If the suit specifies "trade secret", it can take action to protect the specific American trade secret (C'elle or some name like that).

I've actually not heard that CBAI is interested in their "trade secret".
