Great job Uber - we all appreciate your extra effort. My guess is we won't see anything from the SEC until after the holidays. Shouldn't take DTCC to long to reissue a resumption in trading. I realize we are not defendents, but should we expect any penalties (forced share buy back,etc.)?

Great job Uber on finding out all of this...looks like the case is closed! Hopefully combined efforts of shareholders can expedite lifting the trading freeze.
