With the last Orders from the Judge, my understanding in my opinion, of the next steps I believe is as follows.....now that all cases enjoined in this action have been settled, we should expect to hear some type of formal announcement by the SEC published online or in the SEC NEWS Digest which is accessible on their website. Perhaps all of the stock and brokerage trading firms are looking for and waiting for this guidance and acknowledgement from the SEC that litigation has concluded before they will allow this security to become tradeable again. DTCC could follow shortly thereafter and I believe they will issue a formal notice calling for "resumption or reinstatement of service". I think something would post regarding this on the SEC website within a matter of days to get the ball rolling, but with the holidays who knows. If anybody knows more, please correct or add to the above if any part of this is not entirely accurate.
