He has multiple businesses in one address under Florida. This is the typical shell stock assignment when a stock goes dead, it's thrown to a garbage collector.

Hey Guys, this is Michael Burton, you have this all wrong. Roger Pawson is a freakin crook. I am a Herbalife Distributor for 13 years and that is where I have made all my money. I also owned a small Race team that Roger Pawson bought from me in 2006, ( which he never finished paying for. I have nothing to do with anything about Roger Pawson. I recived some nominal amount of Cal bay stock in exchange for the cash that Roger could not pay in the terms of the purchase of the race team. I still have the worthless stock certs if anybody wants them. I have never ever profited from anything to do with Roger Pawson, and have not spoke to him or anyone connected to him sicne the day he told me he could not finish paying me for the race team, which by the way was only $140k. The transporter alone I paid over $250k for, I lost big time on that deal. If anybody else wants to know wants to know anything about me just ask. I would appreciate you guys not including me in anything that you are not sure about.
