Bingo, his job is to simply get as much money as possible before it trades dead. The shell owner wants him to raise enough money to erase as much debt as possible so they can sell the shell again. He is merely a "closer" and that is all, there is nothing more for him to do but to get the shell as clean as possible.

Actually, there are thousands of pink sheet companies but there is a very limited number of people who fund them. However, those who do fund them have hundreds of corporations setup in order to funnel money/shares through. Also, the CEO's of the companies usually get a nice piece of the action so they too will have several nominee companies under their control as well.

It is a game of hide and seek really. shares and money shifted between multiple companies all controlled by 1 or 2 individuals or their associates.

It is how the game works. Thousands upon thousands of companies and maybe a couple hundred people dedicated to ripping off the general public by helping these companies unload stock they acquire at a huge discount or for no consideration at all.
