Ok eminem just assuming at this point that Michael Burton is the same Michael Burton used by Roger Pawson in some press releases back in 2006 for CAL-BAY International, Inc (CBYI) which at this point seems pretty likely (nice find by the way)

#1) Roger Pawson was the CEO of CAL-BAY back in 2006

#2) Michael Burton showed up in some press releases as the owner of a Florida based company, MB3 Motorsports, LLC which CAL-BAY acquired controlling interest.

I thought what-ever-his real name is said that the company would be moving down to Arizona now. That would make it hard for Michael Burton from Florida to run the company - unless of course he is just a name on paper while somebody else takes advantage of the situation to sell more shares behind the scenes.



IF this is the same Michael Burton then that's bad news because he already has a past relationship with Roger Pawson.

IF the company is moving down to the Scottsdale, AZ then that is bad too because that is were Roger Pawson lives.
