None that I am aware of. TiVo, as an IP stock, may be getting a boost from the sharp rise in IDCC today. Tivo had oral arguments to the CAFC en banc court in November, but I don't expect a decision for several more months. However, one thing to be aware of...when the en banc court hears the arguments....that's a lot of judges (and clerks) who know what is going on. It is remotely possible that someone has learned what the decision is going to be....but I doubt it. The CAFC keeps a tight lid on decisions.
