they're incorporated in Delaware... some feel Halil holds the SHM in Vegas to limit the number of attending as the number would surely go up if he held it in the Northeast... Vegas is a common destination for SH meetings , because of it's entertainment and convention venues...
Skitahoe; thanks I just needed the month to see if it fits my schedule so I could make plans to attend if its in LV. What; if any are the requirements to be able to attend?. I'm a small share holder (under one mil) but would like to get a paid (taxes) trip to Vagas if I can.
Fetter; thank you also for info. I think (read it somewhere) Delaware is very strict for incorporation, thus IMO this is GOOD for investors/share holders of CTKH because of the requirements companies has to meet to get acceptance. Just another reason to feel good about CTKH. JMO SORRY if I'm wrong about this.
