Skitahoe; thanks I just needed the month to see if it fits my schedule so I could make plans to attend if its in LV. What; if any are the requirements to be able to attend?. I'm a small share holder (under one mil) but would like to get a paid (taxes) trip to Vagas if I can.

Fetter; thank you also for info. I think (read it somewhere) Delaware is very strict for incorporation, thus IMO this is GOOD for investors/share holders of CTKH because of the requirements companies has to meet to get acceptance. Just another reason to feel good about CTKH. JMO
