Too late. SAEI is now on the Grey Market tier. Monday will come and go with no news or information from the company.

You will see the pink sheets, the CE label and Grey Market on the OTC markets website. There is no argument. It is what it is but you choose to ignore it with your conspiracy theory ideals and beliefs.

Good luck with that but SAEI was a scam and is now done.

they lied in press releases to the shareholders
in order to boost the pps. it's called FRAUD.
why on earth would a company deny doing
a NI 43-101 report? why would they be afraid
to admit they did the report? because they
didn't! in my experience, 9 out of 10 times
a stock is suspended like this, it is NOT a
good outcome, when or if they trade again.

Do you think the SEC suspension is unwarranted? Obviously they asked for preliminary information from SAEI that was not provided probably within a 72 hour window, then boom, suspension.

If there would have been any shred of truth to the buyback offers or if they could have shown that they indeed made an "error" on the resource report and could provide information to back it up no suspension would have happened.

Open and shut. Stock trades on the greys....

i'm sorry, but you couldn't be more wrong. it doesn't matter what your lips do. whatever the facts, whatever the results of the investigation, this will open on the greys. that is the process and it will not change for saei. this scam is no different than any other. i already posted to you the instructions to broker dealers from the sec regarding saei. if you don't believe that i doubt there is anything else i can post that would allow you to understand what is about to happen. however, there is plenty of more information available should you care to learn how it all works. should you be interested, just ask.

I really wish this was true BillyRay, but it is not. The investigation does not have to end in the 10 days...that is just the length of the suspension. It will open on the greys per the suspension notice. From the notice: "Further, brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, pursuant to Rule 15c2-11 under the Exchange Act, at the termination of the trading suspension, no quotation may be entered unless and until they have strictly complied with all of the provisions of the rule. "

Brokers are not allowed to enter a quote which means grey sheets...there are no quotes on the grey sheets.

This is what just happened on E*GH as well.
