I really wish this was true BillyRay, but it is not. The investigation does not have to end in the 10 days...that is just the length of the suspension. It will open on the greys per the suspension notice. From the notice: "Further, brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, pursuant to Rule 15c2-11 under the Exchange Act, at the termination of the trading suspension, no quotation may be entered unless and until they have strictly complied with all of the provisions of the rule. "

Brokers are not allowed to enter a quote which means grey sheets...there are no quotes on the grey sheets.

This is what just happened on E*GH as well.
