Do you think the SEC suspension is unwarranted? Obviously they asked for preliminary information from SAEI that was not provided probably within a 72 hour window, then boom, suspension.

If there would have been any shred of truth to the buyback offers or if they could have shown that they indeed made an "error" on the resource report and could provide information to back it up no suspension would have happened.
