Did Mr. Roan say which market maker had filed the 211 on behalf of U S Canadian?

If he did, could you post it? I would like to call the MM firm on Monday and verify that the 211 was filed and when. Thanks.

If "Will" told you a 15-c had been filed, ret, he was blowing smoke. NO MM files a 15-c after a stock has been suspended and during an SEC investigation of fraud involving, among other things, mis-statement of assets.

Filing a 15-c in those circumstances exposes them to significant liability, which they will not assume for the sake of making a market in a barely trading stock.
