Not sure, like so many other factors. I did call Will, the new investment relations person for USCA a couple of days ago.
I called because, I own a good bit of GEMM, and was trying to get some info, on an update regarding more gold shipments.
His reply was, that the 3rd quarter should come out very soon, then they were going to follow with the yearly for 2004. Also stated, that had satisfied the SEC, and a form 15-211 had been filed to get back on the higher trading status, as it was prior to the SEC halt.
He did state, there was 380 mil O/S on GEMM
He sounded upbeat, and easy to talk to, but was quarded in his response, which I expected.
