Better questions than "How about a company who pulled themselves out of the Pinks?" is how many companies that have received SEC 10 day suspensions when OTC have made it back to the OTC from the pink/greys, and second how many Pinks that have received 10 day suspensions have survived?
The answer to the first re OTC's, as happened to USCA....is less than the fingers on one hand not counting your thumb, and I believe only one made it back to OTC and is still there, possibly two. Two other cases are now Naz but they were totally different stories.
I don't know how many pinks have survived long after a suspension, for recent ones I know the answer is very few and they are still dropping as the SEC slowly gets around to them a la IFTA.
One other question, and I don't know the answer to it, is how many have survived and won an SEC administrative hearing and/or subsequent litigation?
