You mentioned no real property, land and buildings are included.

But resourses, tanks, equipment, clients, and lab. etc etc etc. Basically everything but the buildings and land will be CBAI. In Las Vegas NV.

CCEL gets paid 12.5 mill plus 5.4 mill in payments. + 125k in shares of CBAI.

WHY would they want Shares of CBAI. Now this is a great question!!!!

You mention you can wait a year or two. Well we already have, for the most part, 1 year under our belts since the opening. Look how far CBAI has come already. Whats another year or two. Times flys by quickly in the medical world. 2011 is going to be one memorable year. Good news is we are not done with 2010 yet. I wonder what can happen in 20 days.
