Cryo-Cell will become a CBAI shareholder in this LOI. Welcome!

You theorize further dilution. Why would Cryo-Cell want $125k worth of CBAI diluted stock at closing?. I am trying to understand your logic. That would mean CBAI shareholders and Cryo-Cell management are both now holding CBAI diluted stock. What value would Cryo-Cell see in such a transaction for their profitable company and its shareholders?

Cro-Cell shareholders and company benefit if there is a CBAI o/s correction and CBAI dilution ends... Cryo-Cell wants guarantees it will be paid a specific amount each quarter after close by CBAI; area of $300k/q until $5M is paid.

To meet the Cryo-Cell payback obligation revs from Nevada manufacturing from de Mexico directly to CBAI must be forecasted to be very good; making CBAI very profitable. Right?

de Mexico isn't going to process these cords CBAI Nevada likely is along with AHIP USA demand. I see why all of that equipment in Mexico is needed in Vegas.

Why else on earth would Cryo-Cell entertain the LOI with CBAI and want $125k in stock of a diluted company or risk nonpayment of $300k/q and nonpayment of $5m? Unless CBAI has something occurring that will Blow everyone away in the revs and profits. Except me - I am waiting on $100/pps. I might have to wait a year or two for it. Thoughts?

Or could it want $125k now at .004 because it will shoot up to my $100 mark? Either way I like my odds. Cryo-Cell wants to become a CBAI shareholder in this LOI. Welcome!
