Easy to verify, just call Onexim Group, speak to acquisitions and ask if this is true and it is for real. That way there is no GUESSING imo. I will do Mon. Morning. Has any one else done that yet? That would put an end to this SCAM talk once and for all! (or this is a scam and will be a penny) = NO MORE GUESSING AT LEAST?

Well, that only leaves one question...
If they were indeed attempting fraud, why would they make so many errors? You're not the only one that is "nodummy." Anyone with a little intelligence can see these things, and the company KNOWS THIS. So why would they do this unless it was a real mistake? Sure, I agree that it would be nice if it was all accurate, but not sure what they're gaining by a few misspells and numbers being off. Reminds me of the 9/11 conspiracy theories involving building 7. They scream "Well why did building 7 fall?!!??" Yeah, why did it? Are the people "behind 9/11" so stupid that they would make a 3rd building fall that everyone "knows" shouldn't have? Don't think so. If there is someone or some people behind that, they're not dumb enough to do that. Agreed? So, if Supatcha is THAT dumb, I think we would've seen through it before this PR.

1) The proper spelling of his name is Mikhail Prokhorov (with an H) not Mikhail Prokorov

2) The proper name of his company is Onexim Group not OXM Group

2) And he is the 2nd richest man in Russia not the 5th richest man in Russia

I wonder how long it takes for the SEC to investigate the fraudulent statements made by SAEI in its pr's and its SEC filings?

With E%^H scam, it took a while before trading was suspended.

The SAEI Fraud in full detail:

First the 43-101 report done by Graig Parham

Here is your guy:

Greg Parham

http://www.linkedin.com/pub/greg-parham/19/734/23b

Principal Geological Consultant

Notice all the slight changes

From the Supatcha Resources Inc 8-K:

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1443105/000114420410065486/v205036_ex99-0.htm

Prepared By:

graigneosc@geologist.com

The address matches exactly to Greg Parham's company Geomin International:

Cell: +62 (0) 8121953022 / +62 (0) 8121041014

E-mail: greg@geomininternational.com

Notice the slight differences:

#1) His name

Graig Parham instead of Greg Parham

#2) The company name

NEOSC Geomin Ltd. Instead of PT. GEOMIN INTERNATIONAL

#3) The phone number and fax number are each off by 1 digit:

PH: +62 21 7278 0983 / FAX: +62 21 7278 0981 instead of Tel: +62 21 7278 0963 Fax: +62 21 7278 0961

#4) the emails are different:

graigneosc@geologist.com instead of greg@geomininternational.com

Now the buyout Press Release fraud:

http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&;article=45607975&symbol=SAEI

3 more big very obvious intentional changes:

Supatcha Resources Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SAEI) ("Supatcha" or the "Company") acknowledges the announcement today by OXM Group (OXM) of its intention to proceed with an unsolicited bid for all of the issued and outstanding shares of Supatcha at a price of $1.75 per share.

The Board of Supatcha has commenced the process of engaging advisors to assist it in responding to this bid. The Board will make every effort to maximize value for the benefit of Supatcha's shareholders and will update its shareholders from time to time as this development progresses. Shareholders do not need to take any action in response to this bid at this time.

OXM is controlled by investor Mikhail Prokorov, the 5th-richest person in Russia. Mr. Prokorov helped Supatcha acquire the rights to develop two resource-rich mineral properties in the Ukraine earlier this year

1) The proper spelling of his name is Mikhail Prokhorov (with an H) not Mikhail Prokorov

2) The proper name of his company is Onexim Group not OXM Group

2) And he is the 2nd richest man in Russia not the 5th richest man in Russia

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mikhail_Prokhorov

Any investor who ignores this fraud is going to lose all of his money. I have noticed the SEC is moving much faster against the blatant scams now than they have in the past, particularly those like SAEI that experience large price runs ion the pump phase.
