Any investor who ignores this fraud is going to lose all of his money. I have noticed the SEC is moving much faster against the blatant scams now than they have in the past, particularly those like SAEI that experience large price runs ion the pump phase.

Agree, but too many are so defensive about penny stocks especially about Newsletter P&D's.

Supatcha/ SAEI is gonna have a major problem now that they lied about the NI-report.

See my post 41655

I just came to SAEI today and bought up all I could before doing any DD and now I found more bad stuff about them than even the stuf you already brought up. I found out all the principals are elusive in everyway, probably because they don't actually exist. They may be personas created by who know who. They canot be reached in anyway. Then I decided to check out the restricted share holders that are listed as having 15 million shares at the top of this IHUB board. What did I find?

I found the State of Missouri had exposed Warren massey of fraud and accused him (if he exists) or every kind of fraudulent activity involved in the pumping of stocks. You have got to see this document. I posted a link in my last post #41655.

In fact, it might even be possible that none of the principals exist and this whole sam is really just Waren Massey in a great hoax of his personal making. The State document was from Feb 2009 but the Massey firms are still listed as the restricted share owners, both of these firms are frauds. I dare anyone to try to reach these addresses or phone numbers. Missouri already proved it.

How did people miss this stuff? it was all out there lonf before today.

And then on top of everything they pull the same scam that Thresher did, the whole buyout PR and a future phone call with more Pr's to come scam. Except they made a huge mistake. They didn't keep the buyer a mystery which is how this scam usually works, only because Prokhorov did recently say he was going to buy a MAJOR gold company. SAEI doesn't even fit what he is after. By puttting together such a poor hoax and every board member and insider at SAEI not even a real person, it is absolutely amazing that anyone can still think it is legit.

And I am bringing up stuff that adds to what you already outlined.

And I am no short either, I have all my money in SAEI as of today. I will regret this as long as I live.
