lawjak...I was replying to your post, but it was apparently removed...so replying to the post you were replying to, I just have to agree.

It would make sense to me, if indeed the PR/NR is real and true, and I have NO reason to believe it is not, that the shorters, who must be MIGHTY short (probably including some of the MMs...and as we know, the MMs aren't just here for the good of the investing public...actually we're probably the LAST ones they're here for), would have sent out whatever troops they could find to stir up whatever doubt they possibly could for the purpose of (hopefully, as they see it) bringing about at least a temporary takedown on Monday to cover as best they can.

And all we have so far are misspellings and a disagreement on something that probably can't even be accurately known--5th or 2nd richest?...it's probably "factual" one way or they other in the same manner as The Enquirer is here...who in Mikhail Prokhorov's position would EVER give exact details of all he's worth??? And then one would have to have the same exact details for all the other RichieRichies as well. Hmmmmm...don't see it. Got anything else you who are yelling "Fraud!!"...????? All I can see is confirmation from Onexim (sp) that they sold an amt of shares in a $$amt very close to the buyout price offered for SAEI. What other negative evidence is there?

Now, were I the company (SAEI), and I knew that we had some BIGtime shorters on our backs (hence the share buyback for starters), I would want to put out any other corroborating information about this offer available over the weekend, or perhaps before market open on Monday. Either way, it's going to be VERY interesting come Monday. I'm in with what I won't mind losing, if indeed this turns out to be a mini-BreX...but I really doubt it is...it's just too out in the open, with too much information (even if slightly misspelled information)...jt

"I wonder how long it takes for the SEC to investigate the fraudulent statements made by SAEI in its pr's and its SEC filings? " - Depends...not all scams get investigated...limited bandwidth at SEC. Only the worst scams get attention...this may qualify...but it can take a while for them to respond. CSHD scam...arguably the worst penny stock scam of all time in $ figures, according to SEC themselves...it took them 4 months to take action...
