Incredibly cynical view of the case, and the country. I don't think this case is even on the radar screen of the government. Other than the parties directly impacted by the outcome, no one cares. The FDIC is not worried, JPM has already reserved enough money to fight on indefinitely, and together with the Bondholders, they all seem to have the cards and the time to play them. We don't like it, but the longer this situation continues, the harder it will be for common equity to win.
To suggest the Judge is or would be compromised, is just wrong without any evidence. Give her a chance and be prepared to win or lose.
