She was ready to rule on it in March. But that's when Rosen pulled a fast one on her. The bottom line is that debtors have been pulling the wool over her eyes for a long time, and tricking her. Has she finally seen the light? We'll find out with her POR decision.
But if she approves it as is, I am sure the BK wolves will be licking their chops to get into her courtroom for the next case they can fool her with.
That's why even though I respect and admire the relentless hard work and passion here too many people here forget that she could EASILY and correctly have done that and this case would likely have been over months ago!!!
Because she fails to deliver time and time again makes me cynical and less confident that she has the knowledge and true ability to see through the crap and go against the powerful forces aimed her way...
