I've been biting my tongue on this all day, but ... move over, I'll join you on that complainers' bench.

Sure we had to raise funds, and yes, Wave's business interests - and therefore mine - are served, but I am very upset about the "shorting against the box" phenom. It has happened several times now, including the $122M Bain placement that came out at $34 when the stock was trading over $40.

This may be the way PP's go, and Wave management may not have any complicity, AND it may be legal, but it ain't ethical in my books.
