cliff how would you have done it? It's easy to criticize so how would you have done it without giving up a piece of the company?

I remember when the $34 shelf came out,,, many "astute" wavoidianz declared $34 as the absolute BOTTOM.... and that all could "FEEL SAFE" since the SMART MONEY was in at $34.

Agreed. Also, ICEBW but would not a short term "bridge" loan have been a more economical way for Wave to make it to "Dell Heaven" in 6 short months???
