Mr Basser,

Well, let me think now. After the R/S all we have to be is a 40 bagger stock to be even. Did I figure that right? If one has bought and held through both splits, is that correct? I have a hard time finding 2 and 3 baggers, and we need this to be a 40 bagger?

Float has NO meaning with this stinky pinky.

What is the authorized going to be,
that's the number that eventually is reached when you have constant never ending dilution.

are you serious?

when someone reads the 10Q they will notice that a lot of the long term debt is owed to people that have extended their payoff dates

at the time of the filing ETNL had $900 (nine hundred dollars) in the bank (probably overdrawn by now), MASSIVE debt and HUGE losses, can you tell me what choice these note holders had but to extend?

did you want them to call their notes and take a couple of rusty old AKC urns in return? ROTFLMAO!

seriously, think about it..

i don't know where you find your numbers and why you would have faith in "insiders" holding their shares.

at the vote for the r/s the so-called insiders held 130m shs that would be 6.5m post r/s.

when they cast their votes for the r/s nick had 32.7m shs, nick had 10.9m shs, donna had 44.6m shs. since they cast their vote for the r/s, clint has 27.9m shs, nick has 2.4m shs, donna has 41.3...

simple math tells shareholders that clint sold 4.8m shs, nick sold 8.5m shs, donna sold 3.3m shs...so the big 3 unloaded 16.6m shs after they voted for the r/s and before they announced the r/s or filed any form 4's...

For one thing Frank when someone reads the 10Q they will notice that a lot of the long term debt is owed to people that have extended their payoff dates previously and who is to say that they would not be willing to do this again

who is to say they will? Why would anyone extend payoff dates to a company that just had to R/S or go bankrupt?

I am just trying to get people to take a look from both sides of the coin before they make decisions that they might regret later and to get them to think a little past the end of the trading session today.

I doubt it.

And then there is the fact that some of this debt could be renegotiated and paid off in smaller portions at a time.

Which is it could be or fact?

Take some time since this is not that hard of a math problem.

I did the equation and when you put the numbers from your analysis in you get BS as an answer.Nice try though.
