I read that the A/S will be a 100 million so if it was diluted right up to that number the O/S would be 100 million wouldn't it? Now assuming that the insiders would still be holding 15- 20 million that would leave the tradeable float at 80 million if my math is correct.

But since any shares issued would have a 6 month restriction on them which would essentially leave the tradeable float at 35 million from which the insider holdings would be deducted which leaves tradeable float somewhere around 20 mil.

So even if there was a 100% dilution rate after a 1-20 R/S the next 6 months would be a very low float situation. According to the company revenues are improving and Matthews should be a big contributor for 2011 so I think that this would lessen the need for dillution.
