i don't know where you find your numbers and why you would have faith in "insiders" holding their shares.
at the vote for the r/s the so-called insiders held 130m shs that would be 6.5m post r/s.
when they cast their votes for the r/s nick had 32.7m shs, nick had 10.9m shs, donna had 44.6m shs. since they cast their vote for the r/s, clint has 27.9m shs, nick has 2.4m shs, donna has 41.3...
simple math tells shareholders that clint sold 4.8m shs, nick sold 8.5m shs, donna sold 3.3m shs...so the big 3 unloaded 16.6m shs after they voted for the r/s and before they announced the r/s or filed any form 4's...
