I had nothing against F&J until I read Nok's brief about the vacatur and settlement, with my concerns confirmed by Judge Lynn's ruling.

And it appears F&J made a monumental error to IDCC's great expense and potential damage to our patents, so I am no longer content with F&J, especially realizing how simple this error was to cure and how cognizant and sensitized OTHER law firms are to this issue of a settlement following any patent ruling on the merits.

I believe our leaders and hired guns should be and NEED to be held ACOUNTABLE for their monumental errors. This entire issue is costing the company and shareholders a lot of wasted resources.

We don't need to suffer incompetence when we are paying for perfection.

If you want to call ACCOUNTABILITY an agenda, then so be it.
