Corp-Buyer; As another non-legal individual who likes to look up legal decisions related to particular issues, I admire the diligence which you show. However, due to the unique circumstances of each case, the complexity of the law, specific procedures that must be followed, and the many precedent cases that may be cited, I learned a long time ago to never think that I really knew the answer. That is what lawyers and judges are for. So unless you have received some opinions from lawyers who are familiar with all the background and details of the Ericsson case, I wouldn’t be so quick to claim malpractice.
