it goes without saying that i included my copy
of today's trades in that complaint including
the link re: the NV SOS info .. since it's the
TA *that issues* all STOCK RE: EXPH .. not NV
nor the company

EXPH TAPE/TRADES 11/30/2010

i also reminded the SEC of the events that led to the *then*
record setting YTD *volume* on EXPH on june 2nd and asked how
that *investigation* was going
