Probably still months away. Dean was the ONE who told the lawyers how HE was going to re-submit. Just because Dean hired them, doesn't mean that HE doesn't think HE's still right and is going to do it HIS way, even though they probably counseled OTHERWISE.
if my memory servse, IMGG is at least partially paying the attorneys with stock. if so, then the firm would have a strong vested interested in seeing the new application done right. in that case, they would not be there just to rubber stamp what Dean wants, they would be there to advise and be part of the strategy for approval. they would not just sign on to whatever Dean wants.
