Where did you hear or see this information? Please provide the link if you can. Don't recall that there was any disclosure what the deal was between IMGG and that lawyers.
Where did you get that Lenny? They paid the previous attorney with shares and still owe him 400K..These new guys are not takeing anything except hard cash...if Dean wants to spice the deal with shares...thats up to him. His paying the per diem just like everybody else.
What do people that are paid in stock do with their stock????? Hmmmmmmm? If it's their paycheck then my bet is they sell it. Let's see, when would be a good time to sell it??? I know, pay with stock, put out a pr and then the lawyers can sell into buying pressure and get a good price for their shares. That's one idea anyway.
if they are being paid in stock....then they will do what is best for the share price...not what is appropriate
if they thought the device had no chance.....would they reccomend BK if they where getting paid in stock...i think not...they would reccommend resubmittal and sell on hype
i hope they are not getting paid in stock....it just muddies the waters so much
