Hmmm... Let's try and follow this scenario.

IMGG tells a lawyer, I want to go 510k can you help us get it through?

Lawyer says, "yes, here's my fee schedule"

IMGG hires lawyer and make whiny shareholders happy.

What lawyer would turn away a client on the grounds they might not be able to win? Hiring a lawyer guarantees nothing. If all you had to do was hire a lawyer to get through a 510k, then there wouldn't be 10,000+ devices stuck in limbo in the 510k process.

In my opinion they are just buying time to get the machine to work.

My hats off to Dean, he's a great CEO.
