I agree. The current structure discourages new investors. It would be difficult if not impossible to produce a return for current investors during (or after) a transition howerver.

What??? dissolve the Corporation??? A Shareholder said that???? You are advocating wiping out existing shareholders so NEW shareholders can profit.

(This Company AMENDS the Articles on a Daily basis w/o shareholder approval or vote and is already doing a good enough job of wiping out its shareholders - thank you).
