An easier route to share holder profitability would be to dissolve the articles of incorporation and reincorporate under new articles with a new share structure in place. This disoulution filing would most likely be less expensive than a share buyback and the A/S shares could be structured in a more attractive manner to intice new investors into the stock. BDGR has many options available to them and I am hoping they execute one soon. A company with these kind of revenues should be profiled and marketed to prospective investers they have a good business plan and holdings, just need a stock structure revamping to complete the offering.
