Your post certainly sounded like you were expecting Mr. Tice to promote PNTV to his wealthy friends. If that hasn't been successful with the price well down from his average, I'm guessing it won't be.
As for Mr. Tices friends I am not suggesting they all will immediately run out and start buying shares. I am guessing that over the course of time, the next year, as the relationship btw PNTV and Mr. Tice develops he brings in many of his friends. To think just his name would start a buying frenzy is silly though it does seem like some thought it might. For me it ads credibility to PNTVs business plan.
