Let me address your points in turn:
Your post certainly sounded like you were expecting Mr. Tice to promote PNTV to his wealthy friends. If that hasn't been successful with the price well down from his average, I'm guessing it won't be.

NOBO is "non objecting beneficial owners". Not sure what it has to do with short position. If you believe the NSS story (which of course I don't) taking your certificates in cert form has no value because NSS means NOT borrowing shares first, so making them "non borrowable" by getting them as a cert does nothing. My point was simply that a) Mr. Tice may want to see short interest increase as a short squeeze would help him and b) I would be stunned if Mr. Tice was buying 10% of a company which he believed had a large NSS position outstanding and as an investor with a long history of shorting, I think he would know.

He is not an insider for the purposes of selling shares, we've established that. He is not limited in any way to how much or when he can sell all his holdings. Any major sales attempt though would of course likely tank the price and for that reason, he's unlikely to do so.

I will await any direct investment and I tend to think he would have done it in place of his open market buys, but we'll just have to see on that. It's been a month and so far it appears he has not put any money into the company.

PNTV may have been around long before Monk, however as recently as this year it was below 4 cents a share. Currently its market cap is over $10 million. That bakes in a lot of success IMHO. Even for a profitable and growing company a P/S ratio of 10 would be phenomenal. PNTV's is over 100. Meanwhile, the company is losing over $1 million a year with current annual revenues looking to be about $100k. I think that argues for a price based on much more than fundamentals.

The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.
