"The TA does give out the information-not gagged. They released it to me. They do require an extra step that has your broker request the information. It's a pain in the ass but they are not gagged. They implemented the extra step as they claimed they were getting so many calls and constant postings on the boards. I have a copy of the fax they sent to me after my broker requested them to send it and I updated the IBOX with the info. I used Etrade broker to do it- Etrade being a discount broker said they would do it one time for me so I used up that one time deal with them. I could do it with other brokers though. "

i agree your post, maybe the best i've read! once we get rid of the idea that we are a typical penny stock we will really move forward. the s/s stucture really concern me also. maybe we have a buy back?? i think Kuni is trust worthy. as soon as he proves that to others we'll be OK!!! good job! you said it much better than i could.

Do we have any guesses on what the acquisition target might be?? I think we had one or two pretty good guesses a few months back. Usually, shareholders are relentless looking for clues on these pink boards. Clues given were in the pr. Florida company, 12 million plus in revenues are some of them.
