Exactly....the traders at large need to be reassured that this isn't a cert selling scam as so many engage in, and once that worry is laid to rest, then I think the PR will be taken more seriously...especially given that if the current float stands as per many on this board, it is already locked up.

If that is the case, then one more PR with important details, ie, name of the target company, and we fly!
