Just read a 10Q on another investment, and that comment about the challenges of continuing "as a going concern" is the catch phrase for so many in entites in this trading platform.
But if that were the case than dilution would not be a an issue. Go ahead and dilute Kuni...if you are truly going to give us this acquisition signed on the dotted line!
Perhaps you are right, and they are raising money through selling shares. I think it could be the case....
