See the last reply I left to Yanik. This was public knowledge at the time of the appointment and no one felt it created a COI then. We can't retroactively decide it does now simply because we don't like Hochberg's report. Now we need to focus on punching holes in his report.
The only way to get better service, and for the service for all to be improved, at any restaurant is for the customers; us, to request better service. Right?

Go that is a Conflict that will need to be pointed out in the future.. The Ex report was not a secret, they used it to automoatically kill the PPS of all stocks, so they could accumulate the shares.. Look at the Chart. They can't hide this..
