extrapolate.... Dr. Finance is consistent if anything. He simply points out that justice is the reasoning behind his commentary and objection.
He points to the fact that a thorough examination will produce obvious results which can then be used to make a clear judgment on the facts and circumstances. That is all he is asking for and he objects to the obfuscation of the basic facts in the meantime.
This is where our focus has to remain strong and clear. All communications from the "peanut gallery" if you will, must be louder, make more sense, and be more consistent than the din from the debtors lawyers.
To achieve clarity we need our talking points identified and recorded and repeated repeatedly in all avenues; the court filings, the court appearances, the media, etc.. imo eom
