If IDCC is truly in the cat-bird seat now as many of us hope, and if settlement negotiations are proceeding favorably, then I would expect a positive indication soon (i.e., by March 15), either in the form of a dismissal of the NOK 3g suit or at least another extension in the filing deadline for IDCC's response. Dismissal of NOK's 3G suit should be a prerequisite for demonstration of good faith prior to any serious negotiations beyond that point.
